Homemade Pasta Without Machine

Once you try homemade pasta, there is absolutely NO going back to store-bought pasta. This homemade pasta is fresh, flavorful, and will be your new favorite meal!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups White flour
  • 5 Eggs Medium to large
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or on a flat surface, combine the flour with the eggs.
  • Add the olive oil and salt.
  • Mix until everything is very well combined. Slowly add the water until you form a thick and hard dough. You may not need any water depending on the size of your eggs.
  • Let the dough sit for 15 minutes to let it slightly dry out.
  • Roll out the dough until it is very thin. Let the dough sit out for another 15 minutes.
  • With a sharp knife, begin cutting the dough into 1x1/4 inch noodle pieces.
  • Boil the noodles for about 4 minutes or until ready.
  • Add your favorite sauce, parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
