Homemade Pasta Without Machine
Once you try homemade pasta, there is absolutely NO going back to store-bought pasta. This homemade pasta is fresh, flavorful, and will be your new favorite meal!

- 2 Cups White flour
- 5 Eggs Medium to large
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Water
In a bowl or on a flat surface, combine the flour with the eggs.
Add the olive oil and salt.
Mix until everything is very well combined. Slowly add the water until you form a thick and hard dough. You may not need any water depending on the size of your eggs.
Let the dough sit for 15 minutes to let it slightly dry out.
Roll out the dough until it is very thin. Let the dough sit out for another 15 minutes.
With a sharp knife, begin cutting the dough into 1x1/4 inch noodle pieces.
Boil the noodles for about 4 minutes or until ready.
Add your favorite sauce, parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
