Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

These deliciously gooey chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, are soft, chocolatey, and absolutely perfect! They are so easy to make, and taste incredible! 
Servings: 12 people


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line two trays with parchment paper.
  • In an electric mixer, blend the butter and sugars until fully mixed. 
  • Add in the egg and vanilla and mix. 
  • Mix by hand the flour, baking soda and salt in. 
  • Add in the oats and chocolate chips, and mix. 
  • Place on the parchment paper slightly pressed balls, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
