Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Balls

These peanut butter oatmeal energy balls are amazing! So healthy and mouthwatering! Oatmeal, peanut butter and chocolate chips make a perfect combo!
Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix the instant oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup until well combined. 
  • Add in the chocolate chips. 
  • Put in the refrigerator until the mixture can form into balls. 
  • Roll the mixture into balls, and enjoy. 

Notes

To make these energy balls vegan, just use vegan chocolate chips!
