Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Balls

These peanut butter oatmeal energy balls are amazing! So healthy and mouthwatering! Oatmeal, peanut butter and chocolate chips make a perfect combo!
Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Mix the instant oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup until well combined. 
  2. Add in the chocolate chips. 
  3. Put in the refrigerator until the mixture can form into balls. 
  4. Roll the mixture into balls, and enjoy. 

Notes

To make these energy balls vegan, just use vegan chocolate chips!
