  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Cut broccoli florets into smaller bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat olive oil and minced garlic in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and cook, stirring every minute, for 7 minutes, or until cooked through.
