Blueberry Banana Mug Cake (Gluten-Free)

This blueberry banana mug cake, can be made in 5 minutes, even on your busiest days! Healthy, and gluten free, you can enjoy a guilt-free breakfast of cake!

  • 3 tbsp oat flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp blueberries frozen or fresh


  • Combine the flour, sugar, and cinammon in a small bowl, mixing well.
  • Add the mashed banana, and egg, and mix until fully combined.

  • Fold in the blueberries, and pour into mug. Sprinkle a few blueberries at the top of the batter.
