Green Mint M&M Cookies
These delcious mint M&M cookies are such a great recipe, especially for St. Patricks day! They are cute, festive, and have the perfect amount of mint and chocolate!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- green food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup mint m&ms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Using an electric mixture, mix the butter and sugars together until completely blended.
- Add in the egg and the vanilla. Slowly add in the green food coloring until the perfect color is formed.
- Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt by hand. Overmixing can cause the cookies to flatten.
- Fold in the M&Ms , and scoop the cookie dough onto the parchment paper. Place some extra M&Ms at the top.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, and enjoy.
