These green cookies are so delicious! The cookies themselves are soft and chewy, and have the perfect amount of sweetness. The M&Ms make the cookies chocolate-y and minty, without being overly minty! What I was extremely shocked about is that in my family, most people don’t like minty foods. When they tried these cookies, they were obsessed! I was very surprised that they enjoyed the cookies!
Even if you don’t like very minty foods, these cookies have the perfect amount of mint, to just bring extra flavor. The M&Ms add a little bit of crunch, so that the texture of the cookies is even better! Overall these cookies taste simply AMAZING!
These cookies look so cute! The dough of the cookies is light green, and the mint M&Ms contrast so nicely with the dough. The mint M&Ms come in 3 different shades of green, which really make the cookies look super nice. The mint M&Ms can be found at many different grocery stores in the candy section. In the package, there is a light green, grass green, and dark green shade of M&Ms, and when put on the cookie, look absolutely great!
