Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinammon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cups quick oats

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • Spray the 8x8 square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.
  • Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined. 
  • Add melted butter and milk and mix until combined. 
  • Add the oats and stir until combined. 
  • Put the oatmeal mixture in the baking dish.
  • Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. 
  • Remove the baked oatmeal from the oven, cut into squares, and serve.
