- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinammon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 3 cups quick oats
Preheat the oven to 350F
Spray the 8x8 square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.
Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
Add melted butter and milk and mix until combined.
Add the oats and stir until combined.
Put the oatmeal mixture in the baking dish.
Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the baked oatmeal from the oven, cut into squares, and serve.
