Vegan Chickpea Protein Energy Balls

- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup nut butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, oats, maple syrup, vanilla, nut butter, and salt.
Place the mixture in a blender, and blend until well combined.
Add in the chocolate chips, and blend until the chocolate chips are fully incorporated.
With a spoon, take sections of the dough, and roll them into balls and place on a plate.
Chill for half an hour and enjoy.
