Lucky Charms Marshmallow Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 5 cups lucky charms

Method
 

  1. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the mini marshmallows and the melted butter in a large microwave safe bowl.
  3. Heat the marshmallows and melted butter for 1-2 minutes in 30 second increments, until the marshmallows are fully melted.
  4. Add the lucky charms to the marshmallow mixture, and mix well.
  5. Put the lucky charms mixture into the baking dish. You may need to press down the top, to get a smooth even layer.
  6. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, and then cut into squares and serve.
