Method
- In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, oats, maple syrup, vanilla, nut butter, and salt.
- Place the mixture in a blender, and blend until well combined.
- Add in the chocolate chips, and blend until the chocolate chips are fully incorporated.
- With a spoon, take sections of the dough, and roll them into balls and place on a plate.
- Chill for half an hour and enjoy.
