Vegan Chickpea Protein Energy Balls

These vegan chickpea protein energy balls are so healthy and filling, and taste absolutely amazing! Filled with a variety of protein, and delicious chocolate chips for sweetness, you will love these energy balls!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, oats, maple syrup, vanilla, nut butter, and salt.
  2. Place the mixture in a blender, and blend until well combined.
  3. Add in the chocolate chips, and blend until the chocolate chips are fully incorporated.
  4. With a spoon, take sections of the dough, and roll them into balls and place on a plate.
  5. Chill for half an hour and enjoy.
