S'mores Brownie Made With Brownie Mix And Marshmallows

This easy s'mores brownie is amazing! All you need is a brownie box mix and a package of marshmallows! Mouthwatering chocolate brownie with gooey melted marshmallows on top - it doesn't get better than that!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a non-stick 8x8 square baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Mix brownie mix, water, oil and egg in a bowl according to brownie mix directions on the box (if your brownie mix instructions are calling for different proportions of the ingredients, follow the directions for your brownie mix).
  • Pour brownie batter in a baking dish. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove brownie from the oven and add a layer of marshmallows on top. Return the brownie to the oven and bake for 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are melted and the brownie is cooked through.
