S'mores Brownie Made With Brownie Mix And Marshmallows

This easy s'mores brownie is amazing! All you need is a brownie box mix and a package of marshmallows! Mouthwatering chocolate brownie with gooey melted marshmallows on top - it doesn't get better than that!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a non-stick 8x8 square baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix brownie mix, water, oil and egg in a bowl according to brownie mix directions on the box (if your brownie mix instructions are calling for different proportions of the ingredients, follow the directions for your brownie mix).
  3. Pour brownie batter in a baking dish. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove brownie from the oven and add a layer of marshmallows on top. Return the brownie to the oven and bake for 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are melted and the brownie is cooked through.
