Easy Baked Oatmeal

Often-times 1 hour after eating breakfast I’m already hungry for lunch! When I eat this oatmeal, it is no longer an issue. The oatmeal is very filling, and is guaranteed to last you till lunch time.

Easy Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinammon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 3 cups quick oats
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Spray the 8x8 square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.
- Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Add melted butter and milk and mix until combined.
- Add the oats and stir until combined.
- Put the oatmeal mixture in the baking dish.
- Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the baked oatmeal from the oven, cut into squares, and serve.
