Before this recipe, I never thought of combining peeps and chocolate! After trying it, I was shocked at what a good combination the peeps and the chocolate made. If you like chocolate dipped marshmallows, the chocolate covered peeps taste very similar (especially since peeps are basically marshmallows with a sugar layer). When I tried this recipe, I couldn’t believe how yummy this was, and how simple it was to make! It took me 5 minutes from start to finish, and it was fun and easy doing it.
These chocolate covered peeps are so surprisingly cute! The chocolate coating outlines the peeps, and when it hardens, it leaves a glossy coating. When I had guests over, they thought that the chocolate peeps were store bought, because of how professional they looked. The guests couldn’t believe that I simply made them at home using two ingredients! When they tried them they loved them! I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone of any skill level!
These chocolate covered peeps are almost impossible to mess up! Even for people that have never baked a thing in their life, this recipe is super easy! All you have to do is dip peeps in melted chocolate, and let it harden and you have them! This is why it makes the perfect recipe for kids! Younger kids will love dipping the peeps in chocolate, and it will be a great recipe to introduce them to baking and Easter!
This recipe is mess free (except for the possibility of chocolate spilling), and is super easy and fast! In addition, each kid will get to dip a peep in chocolate, which would make it perfect for a group activity! If you are doing an Easter workshop, these peeps would be the perfect recipe for kids to make!
Everyone will love these chocolate covered peeps, as they are sweet, simple, cute, and chocolatey! If you have 5 minutes and these two ingredients, I strongly recommend making these amazing peeps! They are such a great Easter recipe for anyone to make!
