Chocolate Covered Easter Peeps

Before this recipe, I never thought of combining peeps and chocolate! After trying it, I was shocked at what a good combination the peeps and the chocolate made. If you like chocolate dipped marshmallows, the chocolate covered  peeps taste very similar (especially since peeps are basically marshmallows with a sugar layer). When I tried this recipe, I couldn’t believe how yummy this was, and how simple it was to make! It took me 5 minutes from start to finish, and it was fun and easy doing it.

These chocolate covered peeps are so surprisingly cute! The chocolate coating outlines the peeps, and when it hardens, it leaves a glossy coating. When I had guests over, they thought that the chocolate peeps were store bought, because of how professional they looked.
